Health Promotion Board - Youth Mental Health



Problem:
Youth mental health in Singapore is declining.
18-29 year olds had the highest proportion of poor mental health across all ages.
The suicide rate among 15-24 year olds is rising.

We want the youth to feel more comfortable about reaching out by showing them people, just like them, are opening up and having honest conversations.​

Idea:
Reach out like others have

A campaign that aims to help youth reconsider the act of reaching out by showing them that reach-out conversations are taking place everyday, everywhere, all around them.
